Returns policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Wudumat experience. That is why you can return the item/s within 14 days of receipt and get a full refund (UK and EU orders only).

International purchases are final sale—no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted, unless the wrong item is received or arrives damaged.

Exceptions: We will only consider returns if an item arrives damaged or faulty. In such cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery (UK and the EU only) and provide photographic evidence; we’ll swiftly arrange a refund or replacement. If your order is outside the UK, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Item/s must be unused and returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact.
  • Returns costs are non-refundable unless the item has been received in error or is genuinely faulty.
  • We do not take responsibility for the package being lost whilst returning.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • You must contact us regarding any damaged goods within two days of receiving them.
  • Refunds and replacements are based on a case by case basis.
  • If any returned item/s is/are not defective, has been tampered with, misused or damaged, a refund will not be given.
  • If any item is damaged by misuse (used on carpet or uneven surface), a refund will not be given.
  • Our return address is not the same as the registered address as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
