Returns policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Wudumat experience. That is why you can return the item/s within 14 days of receipt and get a full refund.

Please note:

• Item/s must be returned in the same condition as sent with all the original packaging intact.
• Returns costs are non-refundable unless the item has been received in error or is genuinely faulty.
• We do not take responsibility for the package being lost whilst returning.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• You must contact us regarding any damaged goods within two days of receiving them.
• Refunds and replacements are based on a case by case basis.
• If any returned item/s is/are not defective, has been tampered with, misused or damaged, a refund will not be given.
• Our return address is not the same as the registered address as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions.
