Why does my WuduMat still look wet after a few minutes?
Although it may look wet, it is actually touch-dry and ready to use. The watermarks will naturally disappear over short period.
Is WuduMat safe to use?
Yes, it is non-toxic and safe for use in homes. It is also free from harmful chemicals and additives.
Can I use WuduMat as a bath mat?
Yes absolutely, its multi-purpose functionality allows it to be used also as a bath mat.
Does WuduMat feel cold to stand on?
No, it does not feel cold to stand on. It has natural insulating properties that help maintain a comfortable temperature, making it suitable for use in any season.
Can I use WuduMat with underfloor heating?
After significant tests we can confirm Diatomite mats can be used with underfloor heating.
How long does WuduMat last?
With proper care, it can last for several years. Regular cleaning and maintenance will help prolong its lifespan.
Can I customise the size or colour of WuduMat?
It currently comes in one standard size (60cm x 39cm x 0.9cm) and two colours (Dark Grey & Cream). Unfortunately, we do not offer any further customisations at this time.

How long will delivery take?
If you place your order before 7pm, it will be dispatched the next working day.
Transit time for all standard delivery UK orders are estimated to be 3-5 working days. Our First Class delivery takes 2-3 working days.
Please note that Royal Mail will not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
What delivery method do you use and how much will it cost?
Standard delivery
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99.
This uses Royal Mails second class service.
First class delivery
Our First class deivery cost is £9.99
A courier will be used if you choose First class delivery.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our customer service team via our contact form with your order number. We will investigate the issue and provide assistance to ensure your order is delivered promptly.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us mentioning your order number before 7pm the same day of your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes will not be possible once the order is out for delivery.
